What can I say... but that this is a typical scene here in Amizmiz. The women are consistently bending over to either clean their homes, knead their bread, wash their clothes, or in this case...chose their fruits/vegetables. Coming from someone with chronic back pain, it's amazing to me to see that their backs have lasted this long.
