Edinburgh Castle (Scottish War Memorial)
Unfortunately, any video/photos were prohibited within the memorial, so this is the only image of the memorial I have from courtyard. Although quite small, it's definately worth seeing if you visit the Edinburgh Castle. Past the entrance which is flanked by these stoic Scottish soliders, are two different parts to the Memorial - the Hall of Honour which is a focus for record and remembrance; and, the Shrine which is for the more personal prayer and remembrance of loved ones. Each has its own quite unique features.
