Basically, the procedure for gathering produce is that they (the grocer) throws a plastic bucket at you, and then you chose all your vegetables. He then places the bucket on a scale with a counterbalance of weights and quotes you a price. At that point you can haggle or just take whatever price they give you. Since many of these tents sell the same produce, you get a pretty good ideas as to the market price, so it's easy to determine what a good price is. But only after being ripped off a few times at the beginning, have I gained this knowledge. So, if you're ever in Amizmiz, and need some vegetables, you know who to contact.
