"COME AND GET IT"... this is my version of the "Meat Market". Unfortunatley, you ask for an amount and they just begin cutting. You really don't have much say into what part of the meat you'd prefer. Plus, there really isn't any idea as to the age of meat. It's always a game of roulet, which is why I don't eat much meat.
