What would have been a trip to Scotland, if we didn't take time away from our Castle tours to enjoy some of the best recognized Scotch on the earth. Therefore, we were pleased to come across the Whisky Heritage Tour where we learned about Scotland's Whisky producing regions, and the influence they have on different scotch whiskies.
