
Weiner Schnitzel Recipe
- 4 Boneless veal steaks
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 Cups plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 Cup Shortening (or Lard which is more traditional)
- 1 lemon, Sliced into thin wedges
- 1 Cup flour, and however much you will need salt and pepper
- 4 Servings
*35 minutes, 25 mins prep
