Weiner Schnitzel Recipe

  1. 4 Boneless veal steaks
  2. 1 Egg, beaten
  3. 1 1/2 Cups plain breadcrumbs
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  5. 1/3 Cup Shortening (or Lard which is more traditional)
  6. 1 lemon, Sliced into thin wedges
  7. 1 Cup flour, and however much you will need salt and pepper
  8. 4 Servings

*35 minutes, 25 mins prep
